Dubai Land Department inaugurates real estate trustee office with Huxley Estates in London

London, United Kingdom : Dubai Land Department (DLD) inaugurated a real estate promotion trustee office in London in partnership with Huxley Estates in the presence of HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of DLD and HE Majid Al Suwaidi, CEO of the Real Estate Promotion and Investment Management Sector at United Arab Emirates in London. 

 

HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, and HE Majida Ali Rashid, CEO of the Real Estate Promotion and Investment Management Sector at DLD, inaugurated the new real estate promotion trustee office. Real estate professionals and industry leaders from agents, real estate brokers, fund managers and investors attended the opening ceremony, where the promotion trustee will provide several services to buyers and investors interested in the real estate market in Dubai.

 

Bin Mejren said: "The new office will contribute to promoting investment opportunities in Dubai's real estate market in light of the Emirate's unique advantage over other markets.

HE Majida Ali Rashid commented:  ''This is strategic partnership which would promote Dubai real estate sector in UK. DLD can provide outstanding services to UK based investors which are one the most important investors of ready and off plan projects in Dubai real estate market.''

 

Her Excellency stressed the importance of the role the real estate promotion trustees play around the world in promoting investment opportunities among UK citizens looking to invest in Dubai's real estate.

 

The office will provide customer relations, enquiry and specialized services that help attract investments, and will introduce investors from around the world to the services provided by DLD.
